Job Description

  1. To execute R & D projects such as new product development and existing products improvements.
  2. To prepare a cost analysis on a development of a new product.
  3. To liaise with suppliers or related authorities for sourcing and screening for raw materials and solving product technical issues.
  4. To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation, sensory evaluation, shelf life & stability study toward new product & existing products and prepare report.
  5. Perform sensory and quality evaluation on raw materials and finished products.
  6. To record results and prepare reports on sensory, trial run and other R&D activities.
  7. Perform checking on specification and regulatory compliance of food products on different countries.
  8. To follow up on project progress and ensure project completed on time.
  9. Prepare for routine experiment and research, ensure product launched according to timeline.
  10. To arrange product trial samples for lab analysis with correct specifications.
  11. To ensure all R&D documentation, raw materials samples, trials samples records and daily analysis records are updated, maintained and filed in accordingly.
  12. To coordinate with other departments on certain development projects.
  13. To perform any tasks as assigned by Superior.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Science related field.
  • Detail-oriented person and excellent time management.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Candidates with experience in Research & Development in health supplement / traditional medicine/ functional food will be given preference.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.
