We are hiring an Executive, Media Planning in the planning team who ideally has skills/experience in digital media apart from mainstream media. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing creative & effective communication campaigns, which are grounded in strategy and insights to drive our client's business ambitions.

Measures of success –

In 3 months:

  • Become familiar with cutting-edge proprietary planning tools and be able to extract & analyze important data; validating our recommendations.

  • Identify a pipeline of commercially viable solutions to support our clients' goals.
  • Create & execute a pipeline of exciting business-building ideas that could potentially be industry award-winning.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Respond to/follow up on client campaign briefs and requests, collaborating with the team.
  • Orchestrate/support inputs from strategy, implementation, and specialist teams to develop innovative, business-building solutions for clients.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and post-mortem of the campaigns briefed in.
  • Engage with specialist partners to drive commercially viable media solutions.
  • Build trusted, meaningful relationships with clients and relevant internal & external stakeholders.

What you will need:

  • Curiosity & willingness to learn with a passion to leverage opportunities from challenger to leading brands.
  • Strong analytical skills, balancing a macro view with attention to detail.
  • Excellent personal/organizational management.
  • Good interpersonal & social skills.
  • Experience in handling marketing campaigns that integrate digital with mainstream media.
  • Strong understanding of cultural and consumer trends changing the media landscape.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of media/digital/marketing experience.
