MumsMe is currently looking for TALENTS like you to join as a IT Development Specialist. You will be mainly responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications and content management systems.

Your expertise in programming languages and experiences with integrating 3rd party systems (e.g. Zoho CRM) would be valuable to the role. But hey, these traits would have been much appreciated too: strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Descriptions
  1. Develop, maintain, and enhance assigned web applications, websites, and content management systems using Laravel, Vue.js, WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
  2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  3. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure smooth functionality and performance across platforms.
  4. Propose and implement solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
  6. Participate in the coordination and delivery of minor web development projects using Agile methodologies.
  7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and evaluate their applicability to ongoing projects.
  8. Integrate and customize Zoho CRM with external systems and third-party applications; manage workflows, modules, and reports.
  9. Apply robust security measures to safeguard user data and maintain application integrity.
  10. Provide regular updates to the team lead and stakeholders, ensuring transparency on work progress and potential challenges.
  11. Participate in meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations to support business goals.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
  2. Strong proficiency in Vue.js and Laravel frameworks.
  3. Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly GitLab.
  4. Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
  5. Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments.
  6. Ability to showcase at least 1 completed project - detailing the challenges faced and problem-solving approaches taken.
