• Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze performance, adjust strategies, and improve bidding, targeting, and creatives.
• Audience Targeting: Refine audience segmentation using demographic and behavioral data.
• Content Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad content.
• A/B Testing: Test and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting for better performance.
• Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
• Ad Platform Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media advertising.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency across digital channels.
• 2-3 years of experience managing paid ads across platforms.
• Expertise in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and UTM parameters.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools.
