Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor - Mandarin
  • Conduct material receipt, inspection, issuance, and storage management in accordance with procedures, strictly following SOPs to prevent cross-contamination incidents.
  • Ensure that storage conditions for materials comply with MSDS requirements.
  • Manage highly toxic substances, hazardous chemicals, and precursor chemicals in accordance with procedural requirements.
  • Handle non-conforming materials as per established procedures.
  • Prepare for various audits and address corrective actions for non-conformities identified during audits.
  • Arrange timely returns or replacements for non-conforming materials procured.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles, and categorize materials with proper labels.
  • Manage the warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and "Three Defenses and Five Distances" requirements.
  • Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Assist the procurement department in evaluating and selecting carriers.
  • Select qualified transport vehicles in accordance with the SDS requirements of the transported materials, ensuring transportation conditions meet the product storage requirements.
  • Arrange carrier vehicles that meet the shipping requirements.
  • Organize pre-shipment vehicle inspections, check the integrity of the goods during loading, and take and archive relevant photos during the shipping process as required.
  • Assign safety responsibilities to the transport parties, track transportation progress promptly, and ensure goods are delivered safely to their destination.
  • Record and maintain a log of each finished goods shipment.

Account Management

  • Update the ledger with daily business transactions to ensure consistency between warehouse records, physical inventory, and inventory cards.
  • Compile statistics and report raw materials approaching retesting periods; promptly return or replace non-conforming materials and maintain proper records.
  • Complete inventory checks of materials.
  • Handle idle materials according to procedural requirements and promptly report stagnant materials to the supervisor.

Records Management

  • Collect and organize the day's material requisition forms and delivery notes, then submit them to the accounting team.
  • Timely record all forms related to warehouse activities.

Protection of Trade Secrets

  • Comply with the trade secret protection policy, sign confidentiality agreements, and safeguard the company's confidential information.
  • Assist in training, promoting, and implementing policies related to trade secret protection.

SHEQ Responsibilities

  • Strictly implement national laws and regulations on labor safety, fire safety, hazardous material storage, and adhere to the company's safety production rules and warehouse management policies, ensuring all records are properly maintained as required.
  • Evaluate safety self-inspections and hazard identification efforts, and promptly eliminate potential safety risks.
  • Actively participate in departmental emergency drills, team safety training sessions, departmental safety activities, and relevant safety training programs.
  • Ensure all materials have safety labels and SDS, and guarantee safety during material handling and storage.
  • Supervise the safety of loading and unloading processes, monitor the behavior of external transport personnel in the warehouse area (prohibiting smoking and the use of open flames), and immediately intervene if unsafe situations occur.
  • Inspect materials before loading and unloading to ensure they meet requirements, and promptly fill out unloading inspection forms.
  • Ensure material status labels accurately reflect their up-to-date status.
  • Ensure materials are stored and used within their retesting and validity periods.

Job Requirements

  • Education and Major: Diploma or higher, with a background in chemical engineering or warehouse management or related fields.
  • Work Experience: Over 1 year of experience in warehouse management.
  • Special Knowledge and Skills: Familiar with regulations relevant to this position and completion of qualification training. Bilingual - can read, write, and communicate in Mandarin and English. Those with knowledge to operate forklift will be given priority.

Skillset:

  • In-depth knowledge of LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) operations.
  • Experience in equipment and materials handling within industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and chemicals.
  • Strong focus on execution, ensuring warehouse planning adheres to compliance and regulatory standards.
