Our Marketing Department in Petaling Jaya is looking for a marketing professional with proficiency in Bahasa Melayu to join our team as a:

Marketing Specialist

Purpose of the Job:

The purpose of the Marketing Specialist is to develop and execute marketing plans to deliver the KPI targets which significantly upgrade the brand perception and the consumer's shopping experience in line with the Global marketing strategy and plan.

This includes working with internal departments and external agencies to ensure central development and local execution of effective, innovative, on-brand and aligned marketing programs in Malaysia & Singapore that yield the highest possible ROI (share, position, equity and footfall/sales) long and short term for both Triumph & Sloggi.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Working with the Regional team to clearly understand Global Brand Guidelines.
  • Localize, develop and implement marketing strategies across Malaysia & Singapore that engage and inform consumers.
  • Develop creative and exciting initiatives to drive footfall, engage consumers and staff while visualizing the brand stories to their maximum potential in the spaces provided.
  • Create support and education tools across all channels to ensure implementation can be delivered with ease by the teams on the shop floor each season.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities across the channel portfolio to generate increased sales within a designated and allocated space.
  • Working closely with local assortment team and VM team to deliver relevant and inspiring point of sale across all consumer touch points.
  • Working with sales team to deliver branding materials and manage events across key accounts and malls.
  • Measuring and evaluating the strategies implementing on an ongoing basis and reporting wins/learnings to the wider team.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • At least 3 years of experience in all-round marketing for women's fashion, apparel, or branded goods.
  • Strong understanding of the female market, retail strategies, and in-store needs.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and building strong relationships.
  • Quick learner with creativity and drive.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
