Our team is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will provide L2 and L3 support for Global BU Critical service SPARK and ensure that all agreed targets, SLAs, and metrics are met. You need to have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and CSM best practices. Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, as well as third-party API integrations, is expected. You should have strong analytical skills and be independent in supporting the system and providing support to the team. Lastly, you should be able to lead new initiatives and bring new ideas to help improve the supportability of the system.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, having Linux, database, mid-server, and leadership skills is a huge plus. You should be able to work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe; thus, being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
