As a Systems Analyst specializing in SAP IT, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's IT department, focusing on the effective utilization, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP systems.

1. Monitor and maintain SAP systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
2. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP modules.
3. Collaborate with end-users to understand and address system-related concerns.
4. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP enhancements or new implementations.
5. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
6. Lead or contribute to SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
7. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery within established timelines.
8. Customize SAP modules to meet business requirements, including configuring settings, developing reports, and integrating with other systems.
9. Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions when necessary.
10. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of SAP system changes.
11. Collaborate with business users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP-related projects.
12. Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, customizations, and system integrations.
13. Create and update user guides and training materials as needed.
14. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionality and processes.
15. Develop and deliver training materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
16. Stay current with SAP technologies and best practices.
17. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within SAP systems.

Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- At least 3 years experience as Systems Analyst with a focus on SAP modules (e.g., SAP 4).

- EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided
- Bonus: (depends on performance)
- AL: 8 days (first year)
- MC: 14 days (first year)
- Transportation allowance: RM200/month + tool
