BizzDesign Designer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized BizzDesign Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools, with a preference for experience using BizzDesign. The primary responsibility will be data collection, management of stakeholder meetings, and creating impactful dashboard views based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Architecture Tool Management: Utilize BizzDesign or other Enterprise Architecture tools for managing and visualizing data across different architecture domains. Upload and maintain architecture data within the BizzDesign platform.
• Data Collection & Management: Work closely with stakeholders to collect necessary data through Excel, PowerPoint, or Visio, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination. Organize and manage data sets for smooth integration into BizzDesign tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Organize and facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders to gather critical input. Act as the main point of contact to ensure timely data collection and follow-up, addressing any queries or concerns raised by the stakeholders.
• Dashboard & Report Preparation: Develop and customize dashboard views within BizzDesign according to business requirements. Present complex data in an understandable and visually engaging format.
• Documentation & Support: Ensure that all collected data, project details, and decisions are thoroughly documented. Provide support in creating presentations or reports for senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with Enterprise Architecture tools, preferably BizzDesign. Experience in data collection and management is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to coordinate between multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with dashboard creation and visualization techniques, particularly in the context of architecture tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and present data-driven insights.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Hands-on experience with BizzDesign platform for architecture and dashboard management.
• Experience with data integration and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks.
