Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the key customers or projects to ensure smooth project introduction and operation.
  • Provide some technical training and guidance for project engineers.
  • Utilize project management processes to import new projects.
  • Collect, check and interpret customer documents, understand customer requirements, and ensure relevant functional departments understand product requirements in manufacturing, quality, testing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Create and maintain BOM and materials.
  • Confirm electronic parts, structural parts, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Follow up on the progress of new project import preparations.
  • Summarize trial run issues and follow up to ensure smooth mass production.
Job Requirements
  • Familiar with EMS (ODM, OEM, JDM) operation mode.
  • Familiar with project management professional process (PMP).
  • Familiar with SMT, DIP, test, ASSY, reliability test.
  • Rich knowledge of electronic components, plastic hardware, and packaging materials.
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE, CAD (UG, ProE), CAM350 software, with SAP/MRP, ISO16969 system, etc.
Senior Equipment Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the production of furnace temperature plate and the debugging of equipment parameters during the introduction of new products in the wave soldering process.
  2. Carry out the repair and maintenance of wave soldering equipment operation in accordance with TPM requirements.
  3. Responsible for the preparation of operation guidelines and inspection forms for equipment and tools.
  4. Responsible for the maintenance, programming and debugging of peripheral equipment, forming machines, and fixtures.
  5. Responsible for the collection of spare parts model and specification information of each equipment in the back end section.
  6. Responsible for the maintenance of various tools, such as soldering iron, heat gun, electric batch, adhesive paper machine, etc.
  7. Responsible for the risk assessment of equipment and line body when the layout of the workshop is adjusted.
  8. Responsible for PM maintenance planning of various equipment, lines, and tools.
  9. Put forward the improvement proposal of replacing labor with equipment and promote the implementation.
  10. Universal modification of equipment and tooling tools, rapid line changeover and improvement planning and implementation to meet the requirements of small batch and multiple varieties.
  11. Promote cost down activity.
  12. Management of safety and fire safety-related affairs.
  13. Other work arranged by the company.
Job Requirements
  1. Familiar with PCBA and BA processes in electronics factories.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant equipment maintenance and management experience.
  3. Familiar with the working principle of general electromechanical equipment in electronics factories.
  4. Familiar with the structure and working principle of ordinary wave soldering and selective wave soldering, have the ability to quickly repair, have considerable knowledge of wave soldering process, and be able to quickly investigate the causes of process defects and solve problems.
  5. Have the ability to innovate and surveying and mapping, be able to make long-term improvements and improvements to non-standard equipment, and survey and map the parts and components of non-standard equipment.
  6. Have certain team leadership skills, and be able to guide the maintenance team to carry out daily and periodic maintenance and daily action deployment.
  7. Have good communication skills, internal communication and correspondence with customers and other audit problems.
  8. Proficient in using CAD, SolidWorks, Pro/E and Microsoft Office software.
  9. Problem-solving skills, communication and team building.
  10. Lean knowledge.
  11. IATF16949 and 5 core tools.
Senior Process Engineer Job Responsibilities
  1. Define and establish product configuration and process flow/control and its documented work instruction.
  2. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and change overs.
  3. Lead engineering activities to establish CAPA and root cause analysis in the event of product quality issue, low yield, product failure, etc.
  4. Prepare manufacturing cost during RFQ state, process cycle time; qualification and validation, prepare process control plan and DFM study.
  5. Responsible for manufacturing process flow layout for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities.
  6. Manage product packaging configuration and defining production in-direct material use.
Job Requirements
  1. Strong understanding of SMT and PCBA processes.
  2. Ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
  3. Experience with SMT process and quality standards.
  4. Good at analyzing data and making improvements.
  5. Strong communication skills to work with other teams.
