2. Problem-Solving & Business Improvement

  • Identify potential issues, develop analysis reports, and propose solutions for process optimization.

3. Data-Driven Support

  • Provide meaningful insights to help guide company strategy and operations.

  • Identify potential problems from the data, develop a problem analysis report, and a business improvement report using existing data.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all departments.

5. Highlight data discrepancies or irregularities to management promptly.

6. Assist in ad-hoc analysis, performance tracking, and sales incentive computations when required.

Key Requirements

Qualification: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a related field; however, interested fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

At least moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data-cleaning functions (e.g., IF, SUMIF, CONCATENATE).
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving, high-demand mobile phone industry.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
