Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This critical role requires deep technical expertise in data systems and will focus on optimizing data entry and processing efficiencies as well as addressing productivity gaps between the Credit and Sales departments. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert who can independently drive improvements and innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data entry and processing systems through advanced technical solutions.
  • Analyze and address productivity gaps between the Credit and Sales departments using data-driven insights.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, conditional formatting, data cleaning, and scripting, to improve operational efficiency.
  • Independently develop and implement data analysis tools and methodologies to improve decision-making processes across departments.
  • Serve as a technical expert in data analytics, providing guidance and recommendations on best practices and data management.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Analysis, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on technical data solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and its functionalities, including automation and complex data integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability in using statistical tools and software for data analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and superior problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions to complex analytical problems.
