Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and client interviews to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Define product requirements and deliver payment solutions such as acquiring payment products, cross-border payments, APIs, and wallets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, risk, legal, compliance, etc.) and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Lead product implementation, monitor performance metrics, and continuously enhance user experience and product functionality.
  • Drive customer engagement by delivering solution documentation, supporting integration, and ensuring customer success.
  • Stay updated on payment regulations and practices in global and regional markets, particularly in Asia-Pacific.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Payment Product Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in payment product management, product development, or operations.
  • Deep understanding of payment workflows, technologies, and industry players, especially in Southeast Asia markets.
  • Proven ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions and product specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in integrating payment channels or services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience managing qualitative and quantitative research and performance measurement.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive, able to work independently and thrive in matrix environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with both business and technical teams.
