To facilitate the successful delivery of digital solutions by bridging stakeholders and development teams, driving Agile practices, and ensuring quality outcomes aligned with organizational objectives. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, decision-making capabilities, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality solutions on time and in accordance with defined expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all user stories are clearly defined and development ready.
- Establish and validate comprehensive acceptance criteria
- Align user stories with product goals and technical feasibility.
- Gather and refine user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic priorities.
- Maintain backlog hygiene to support iterative delivery and clarity.
- Work closely with SMEs, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, developers, and vendors.
- Facilitate consistent alignment among internal and external teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies and promote shared ownership of deliverables.
- Act as the voice of the customer during product development.
- Interface directly with users to capture needs and feedback.
- Integrate user insights into iterative product enhancements.
- Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Office, Figma, and spreadsheets, JIRA, Confluence and etc.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation and transparency across workstreams.
- Act as back-up of cross functional unit as and when needed.
- Guide backlog prioritization discussions to meet project milestones.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in project management software.

- Proficient in Agile methodology with strong capabilities in managing product backlogs and conducting thorough requirements gathering and analysis.
