We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer / AI Lead / AI Coder Master to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building and optimizing AI models that drive innovation and enhance our technology offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning and AI frameworks, along with strong problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop and deploy AI-driven applications, models and algorithms.
  2. Lead AI research and development efforts to improve existing systems and create new solutions.
  3. Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability and accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into various platforms.
  5. Manage and fine-tune large-scale datasets for training AI models.
  6. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning.
  7. Ensure AI systems comply with ethical guidelines, security policies, and data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree or preferably PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics or a related field, or
  2. Bachelor's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics or a related field with minimum 5 years' experience,
  3. Proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  4. Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
  5. Experience with NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and deep learning techniques.
  6. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.
  7. Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation, neural networks, and large-scale data processing.
  8. Familiarity with MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  10. Basic knowledge of operations research and/or causal theory is a big plus.
  11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead AI initiatives effectively.
