Job Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Convincing customers to purchase products and services.
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
  • Documenting sales and processing orders.
  • Gathering market and customer information to figure out customer needs.
  • Conducting market research to identify customers' needs and selling strategies.
  • Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.
  • Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display.
  • Representing an organization at trade fairs and other business events.
  • Drafting sales reports and submitting them to superiors.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to speak Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the toys industry, FMCG industry, or retail is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven track record in Sales, good listening skills, and attention to detail.
  • High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and other computer applications.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, experience in planning and executing marketing plans.
  • Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as part of a team.
  • Good self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Remuneration Package:
  • Basic Salary: Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Commission.
