Service Advisor

Acts as the primary link between customers and workshop technicians to ensure smooth vehicle servicing, accurate diagnosis, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting customers, listening to vehicle issues, and managing service bookings
• Conducting vehicle walk-around checks, reviewing service history, warranties, and recalls, and opening Work Orders
• Recommending scheduled maintenance, suggesting necessary additional repairs, and getting customer approval on quotes
• Communicating with technicians to track repair progress and updating customers on status or delays
• Explaining the invoice clearly and handing over the completed vehicle
• Contacting customers after service to ensure satisfaction and maintain high CSI scores

About you

• Basic vehicle mechanical knowledge and understanding of service schedules
• Strong communication, customer service, and upselling skills
• High discipline, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
