- Responsible for input payroll data and maintenance of clients' staff and payroll information
- Provide full spectrum of payroll processing and associated activities including payroll calculation which includes salaries, leave and other compensation calculations and reconciliation
- To ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and disbursed to client's employee in a timely manner and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with the local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines
- Ensure timely submission statutory remittance
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
- Familiar with MY payroll process and have good comprehension of payroll process
- Good Computer literacy on MS excel or Google Sheet
- Able to work independently and minimal supervising
- Able to meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
