Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for input payroll data and maintenance of clients' staff and payroll information
  • Provide full spectrum of payroll processing and associated activities including payroll calculation which includes salaries, leave and other compensation calculations and reconciliation
  • To ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and disbursed to client's employee in a timely manner and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with the local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines
  • Ensure timely submission statutory remittance
  • Process accurate and timely year-end reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
  • Familiar with MY payroll process and have good comprehension of payroll process
  • Good Computer literacy on MS excel or Google Sheet
  • Able to work independently and minimal supervising
  • Able to meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
