Deputy General Manager - Group Human Resource

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager - Group Human Resource to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to support the Company's growth and expansion plans.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive human resource strategies to achieve the Company's objectives.
  • Preparing a detailed review of key human resource indicators and presenting them to senior management.
  • Overseeing the Company's HR policies and procedures to optimize workforce performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR and operational strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting findings to management for approval on HR proposals.
  • Key point of contact with external professional parties such as consultants and regulatory bodies.
  • Providing input on compliance matters based on relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Drafting announcements and communications to staff and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing HR planning and strategies, compliance issues, and employee relations, providing proposals for improvement.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in human resource management.
  • Well versed with labor laws and regulations.
  • Matured with dynamic personality and good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, results-driven, highly motivated and committed.
  • Able to work independently, with a good working attitude as well as being an effective team player.
  • Strong HR analytical skills and able to interpret HR metrics.
