To enhance our successful Country Management Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate individual to fill the following role:

Your Responsibilities
  1. Integration of risk management in plant Kulim through conducting risk management workshops and set up of structure/responsibilities.
  2. Support the Campus Program and Project managers as well as department heads by identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks/opportunities.
  3. Interface with all relevant stakeholders (internal/external ex. institutional and public associations).
  4. Monitor and control the implementation and execution on risk mitigation actions and continuously re-assess their effectiveness.
  5. Trigger the escalation path on foreseen/already over threshold risks.
  6. Support the development and implementation of the Risk Management and Business Continuity Process, detailing procedures and tool implementation in accordance with group-wide standards and requirements.
  7. Act as counterpart to the Risk & Continuity Management department.
  8. Define and conduct trainings on Risk Management for all Campus teams.
  9. Provide preventive support and facilitate collaboration and optimization of local incident management.
  10. Set up detailed project plan including definition of project goal and control: developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, budget financial impact, timelines, requirements management, etc.
  11. Set up and functionally lead the project team.
  12. Manage project coordination and scope, change control and escalate to resolve cross-functional issues.
  13. Monitor progress and performance of project providing and aligning regular status reports to the Core team.
  14. Act as Champion of the project, sponsoring communication and be accountable for deliverables achievement.
  15. Coordinate cross-functional activities relevant to the Campus.
  16. Organize and support project timelines and actions.
  17. Oversee the progress of the Campus relevant Work-packages.
  18. Evaluate supporting team performance.
  19. Support the development and control for milestones deadlines, budgets, deliverables of key activities.
  20. Support the change management, liaison with the resource management.
  21. Prepare reports for resource owners and Core team.
Your Profile
  1. Degree from university; certificate from IPMA, PMI or PRINCE2.
  2. Several years of professional experience in complex industrial environment (Electronic Business and Semiconductor is a plus).
  3. Proven experience as a Project-/Risk Manager (drive, monitor and steer risk management projects analyses).
  4. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques, tools, and methods.
  5. Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
  6. Outstanding organizational skills (prior experience in highly dynamic and matrixed organizational structures) with ability to collaborate and build connections with multiple functions in matrixed organization.
  7. Good team player and team leader, acting efficiently in organizing and prioritizing.
  8. Proven ability to deliver consistently excellent results against objectives.
  9. Ability to run, mentor, and coordinate multiple teams in a matrix organization.
  10. Ability to define, initiate, steer, and close projects.
  11. Ability to influence decisions top down and bottom up.
  12. Must be highly stress resistant and able to work under pressure.
  13. High intercultural awareness, ability to liaise with opinion leaders.
  14. Excellent English skills, oral and written.
