  • Support the analysis of business performance versus planned and previous performance, search for continuous improvements and actively drives for innovation in the organization and generates ideas how to improve the business efficiency, effectiveness and goal achievement based on thorough tailored analysis in the area of margin optimization, pricing management and cost to serve.
  • Participate and support the strategy process including establishing non-financial performance metrics and provide feedback to stakeholders;
  • Participate in the monthly closing and consolidation process, prepare detailed variance analysis for reporting purposes within the APAC region and together with business leaders drives improvement of business performance and challenges the status quo where necessary.
  • Ensure proper communication (accurate, complete, timely and respectful) to the local community of financial controllers (and Managing Directors, when necessary) about required actions and necessary follow-up as consequence of the performance analysis carried out at regional level;
  • Support reporting processes for the full Planning & Control Cycle;
  • Participate in ad hoc projects (e.g. M&A projects, Cost to Serve projects, Margin Management, Sales and Operations Planning etc.) and improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Regional Controller.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of related work experience
  • Strong proficiency in: Microsoft AX 2012/ Dynamics 365 is preferred
  • Skills: Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
