Job Description (Primary & Essential Responsibilities)

The following describes the main objectives and primary responsibilities of this position, among others, deemed necessary:

• Managing patients on Lucenxia systems.
• Recruiting new patients from hospitals or diagnosed and assigned for Peritoneal Dialysis.
• Work and assist Hospital Peritoneal Dialysis Units (PD Unit) staffs, Sisters, Doctors, Nephrologists in relation to managing Lucenxia patients.
• Lead and assist Funding application for patients (SOCSO, Zakat, JPA and others).
• Continuously check up on well-being of patients and their clinical outcomes.
• Carry out home visits for assessments & training.
• Deliver emergency supplies to patients.
• Check and report inventory in patients' homes and in hospital.
• Assist in promotional, educational activities and marketing material distribution.
• Make reports on visits and training via electronic media to Lucenxia.
• Manage relationship with hospital nurses to assist in training, teaching, and education.
• Train nurses of the company and when instructed, personnel of hospitals and other centres of PD Unit and hospital.
• Any other job or task delegated and work in team to achieve goals assigned to you by your superior & management.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in renal nursing (hemo/peritoneal dialysis) will be a strong advantage.
• Experience working in medical sales dealing with Hospital staffs and Doctors will be a strong advantage.
• Other nursing backgrounds are welcomed to apply.
• Must have compassion and caring towards patients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation as required.
• Remuneration commensurate with skills and experiences.
