Tapway is growing fast and is looking to expand our research and development team. Thus, we are looking for a Sr Product Manager to join our talented team. Responsibilities include:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end product.
  • Collaborate with product owner and senior management team to create and refine product plans and roadmaps.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Organize product releases properly and ensure compliance with schedule and planning.
  • Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision.
  • Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • BSc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering or other related area preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position.
  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, passionate, resourceful, adaptable, flexible, and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects.
