Mintel is in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for our Field Services team. As a part of the Field Services team, you will be asked to coordinate all of Mintel's field research utilizing mystery shoppers and various independent contractors. This person will interact with a variety of individuals, both internally and externally, to assist in the completion of custom market research projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Coordinate multiple field research projects assisting Senior Project Managers
  • Interacting with clients as well as sales and custom research teams
  • Develop detailed yet concise mystery shopper guides / instructions
  • Execute quality control processes and monitor data quality and integrity
  • Ensure that project deadlines and budget criteria are met
  • Review and edit survey responses to ensure consistency and check for errors
  • Hands-on training and auditing of Field Associates

  • Self-motivated: Capable of working autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team. Demonstrates a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of job experience with customer service or customer relations helpful/preferred.
