Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, debug and document applications to satisfy business requirements of projects.
  • Provide technical consultation to the Business/System Analyst and Project Manager for developing new systems or enhancing existing ones to support the business.
  • Analyze and translate complex business requirements into technical requirements for development, and create high-level technical architecture, design documents, and technical specifications, in accordance with best practices and standards.
  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend implementations.
  • Work with team members to estimate timelines, define project plans, and delegate tasks.
  • Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficient in PHP, with a strong understanding of its frameworks and libraries.
  • Experienced in using Symfony for building robust and scalable web applications.
  • Familiar with Angular, with the ability to develop dynamic and responsive front-end applications.
  • Open and eager to learn TypeScript and React for future projects.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with Node.js and React would be a benefit.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-disciplined, self-organized, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
  • This job demands flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment with customer-driven projects. The candidates are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in the EU regularly.
