Post of: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Job Description:

  • Overseeing departments involved in the purchase, pricing, investments, debt management and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams.
  • Providing recommendations to the CEOs and members of the executive team.
  • Assisting in the processes of financial prediction and preparation of budgets.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports.
  • Assisting the executive team on long-term financial and business planning.
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with external partners, stakeholders and investors.
  • Tracking cash flow and analyzing the company's financial weaknesses and strengths, whilst proposing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Must have MIA member.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or MBA/CPA qualification preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in a financial management role or financial services firm.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performance finance teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Proven track record of raising capital, managing investor relations, and driving financial growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex financial challenges.
  • Must be able to use relevant computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
