Job Responsibility
  1. Handle existing customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with a friendly and professional approach.
  2. Prepare and send quotations to customers accurately and promptly.
  3. Process customer orders and issue invoices.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
  5. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  7. Work closely with the boss to achieve business goals.
Job Requirements
  1. Achieve at least a Diploma certificate.
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service.
  3. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred.
  4. Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic invoicing software.
  6. Ability to multitask and work independently.
  7. Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
Job Benefits
