Telecollector

Job Description:

1. You will manage the daily administrative and operations of the MY and SG collections team, ensuring efficient resolution of customer accounts promptly.
2. You will assist team leads to implement strategies to improve collections processes, reduce bad debt, and increase repayment rate.
3. You will collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues affecting collections performance.
4. You will analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop relevant recommendations.
5. You will ensure internal and external compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

1. You have 3+ years of experience in a collection's role.
2. You have experience in Corporate/SME banking, Fintech, or e-Commerce and preferable experience in having led a team of 8-15 collection agents.
3. Knowledge about Corporate/SME banking credit and collection policies is necessary.
4. You are a team player and able to suggest innovations that Collections can adopt.
5. You have curiosity for learning and are able to implement process improvements.
6. You have a strong command in data storytelling and experience presenting insights to management.
7. You have a transformative mindset.

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Duration of the Assignment: 12 months with 3 months probation.
