Social Media Marketing, Executive (Content Creation & Video Editing)

Create engaging content that enhances brand reputation, attract new social media followers and engage our fan base.

  • Plan, shoot, edit videos and create cohesive narratives for social media.
  • Create and implement graphics, animations, and visual effects.
  • Utilize video editing software to cut, trim, and refine contents.
  • Ensure social media content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Social Media Optimization

  • Manage and grow social media pages, including Instagram, TikTok, XHS, and other social platforms.
  • Create contents & optimize for different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS).
  • Understand platform-specific requirements and best practices.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into social media contents.
  • Analyze social media contents performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with social media team members, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop social media content.
  • Review creative briefs and provide feedback on social media contents from various departments or stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Other Duties

  • Involved in brainstorming and developing social media campaign or strategies.
  • May be required to create storyboards & developing scripts.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Design / Advertising / Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in social media content creation.
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Have sense of creativity, curiosity and attitude to pick up/ spot trending topics that help to drive high engagement and followers.
  • Understanding and knowledgeable in digital & social media reporting, publishing and listening.
  • Have expert knowledge of modern photo editing techniques, be able to visualize directorial concepts, and work according to a strict time schedule.
  • A team player with a positive roll-up-your-sleeves and entrepreneurial attitude and comfortable with fast-paced environment.
