MKIT Holdings is expanding its global headhunter network and seeking Talent Acquisition professionals or Recruiters to join as freelance headhunters. You will identify and source top talent across APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and LATAM for roles in BD, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management.
Key responsibilities
Identify top talent across APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and LATAM for roles in BD, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management
Submit qualified candidate profiles using the dedicated platform
Assist in scheduling candidate interviews as they progress through the pipeline
About you
3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (Mandatory)
Active presence on LinkedIn, Indeed, or regional sourcing platforms
Availability to commit 3–4 hours daily
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Based in Southeast Asia
Up to $30 for candidates who complete an interview
Monthly performance bonuses up to $120 for achieving resume targets
20% placement commission based on client payments upon successful hires
