Job Description:

  • Guide Clients: Help buyers & sellers through the real estate process, providing expert advice and support.
  • Market Properties: Involved in sales and marketing of sub-sales and new development properties.
  • Negotiate Deals: Represent clients in negotiations to secure the best outcomes.
  • Stay Updated: Keep an eye on the real estate market trends to provide clients with the latest information and news.
  • Coordinate on the sales and rental transactions.
  • Source for potential buyers, investors and tenants.

  • Working location within Klang Valley (KL & Selangor).
  • Able to speak either English or Mandarin.
