Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in electrical, plumbing, water boiler system and air-conditioner system.
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect units regularly to ensure it meets staying standard.
- Arrange for routine maintenance in unit
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
- Act fast to resolve emergency issues
- Purchase / Send refill items to units eg: essential items (Toilet roll, Shampoo, garbage and etc)
- Set up homestay preparation
- Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Have own Motor bike or car
- High problem solving skills and able to solve problems independently
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Working hours: 9:30am - 6pm
Full time 6 days a week ( Off on Weekday or Weekend )
