Full Stack Developer (Android & Backend)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join a global technology team delivering innovative digital solutions for international business operations.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern engineering practices and cloud-native technologies. You will have the opportunity to contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Android mobile applications.

Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Optimize mobile application performance, reliability, and user experience.

Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party services.

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.

Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.

Build and maintain microservices using modern backend technologies.

Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.

Develop integration services connecting multiple systems and platforms.

Support database design and optimization activities.

Agile Delivery

Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery through automated and manual testing.

Contribute to backlog estimation and sprint commitments.

DevOps & Cloud

Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain deployment pipelines.

Participate in cloud deployment and monitoring activities.

Support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and production fixes.

Technical Excellence

Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and software development guidelines.

Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.

Mentor junior developers where applicable.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 5 years of software development experience.

Minimum 3 years of Android application development experience.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience delivering enterprise-scale or customer-facing digital applications.

Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams.
