Team Function

Your role as an Electronic Appliances Technician will encompass the following key responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting and Repairs:
   Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices, identifying issues accurately.
   Effect necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
2. Service Checks and Maintenance:
   Conduct thorough service checks on a range of electronic devices and home appliances.
   Perform routine maintenance to keep electronics in optimal working condition.
3. Documentation:
   Document the entire inspection, diagnosis, and repair process for accurate records and analysis.
   Perform on-site servicing and repairs of electrical products or equipment as needed.

Skills Required

We are seeking individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in utilizing tools such as multimeters, soldering stations, precision screwdrivers, etc.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Passion for IoT, electronic gadgets, and home appliances.
• Ability to commute to Setia Avenue, Setia Alam.
• Availability to work 5.5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, 9 AM to 3 PM).

Who's there to support you?

Do not worry Everything starts with a training where your senior will guide you through our products information and internal communication process flow.

After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting the day-one you hands-on for repairing, you're not doing this alone He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.

You will be involved in various internal sharing sessions about the latest info on new product launching and new technology trending related news updates.
