About The Job

This position is part of Sanofi Business Operations, within Process Excellence & Innovation organization and reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement. Process Excellence & Innovation (PE&I) drives continuous improvement and process excellence, ensuring existing service towers adopt a standard framework, methodologies and tools to deliver upon end-to-end process excellence ambition.

The role will provide Continuous Improvement leadership to help standardize and transform our end-to-end process. The role is focused on complex initiatives, that can span transversally across end-to-end process areas and regions, in an environment with a high degree of inter-dependancy.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide Continuous Improvement (CI) guidance to Business Operations department.
  2. Maintain and promote the CI framework.
  3. Contribute to Business Operations CI Program, especially during assessment, design and execution phases.
  4. Provide consultancy, mentoring, coaching to CI initiatives.
  5. Lead some CI initiatives, especially the transversal ones. Develop and provide supporting tools and methodology.
  6. Disseminate CI culture across Business Operations department.
  7. Design and execute CI training programs.
  8. Contribute to CI governance with various stakeholders.
  9. Provide the right factual data to Process Owners so they can take the best decisions.
  10. Identify and promote synergies across the different end-to-end process.
  11. Liaise with other PE&I teams (e.g. Process Intelligence, Process Mining, Data, Automation, etc.) to reach the maximum of efficiencies.

About You

  1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Science.
  2. 3-5 years of working experience in GBS / BPO Shared Services industry or consulting industry.
  3. Certification in CI methodology (Black Belt certified or any other equivalent certification).
  4. Knowledgeable in business process in scope (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing & Supply, R&D).
  5. Proven track record of impactful contributions to CI programs with tangible results.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including with Senior stakeholders.
  7. Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills, ability to develop high-quality documents.
  8. Ability to lead and motivate team members with indirect reporting relationships across multiple geographies through a CI journey.
  9. Entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently and take initiative under pressure.
  10. Strong collaboration mindset with ability to work with a group of people with different functional expertise.
  11. Adaptability to deliver in ambiguous context, flexible, comfortable with changes.
  12. Efficient analytical skills, attention to details.
  13. Knowledge/certification on Continuous Improvement methodology (Lean Black Belt).
  14. Fluent in English is mandatory. Other language is a plus.
