About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join INGENIOUS WORKS INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN BHD as a Project Engineer (Electrical). In this full-time role based in Klang Valley, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of electrical engineering projects and providing technical expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the planning, design, and implementation of electrical engineering projects (Specialize in Data Centers/ Hospitals/ SemiConductors/ Retail Malls)
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
  3. Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to project stakeholders
  6. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and proposals
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing electrical engineering projects, from inception to completion
  4. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry regulations
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Proficient in project management tools and software
  7. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
