Position Purpose

Reporting to the Retail/Sales Operations Executive, this role focuses on representing a fragrance brand by delivering exceptional sales performance and customer service, fostering lasting customer relationships and creating a welcoming retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests and enquiries on fragrance products.
• Recommend the ideal fragrance product to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty.
• Basic housekeeping of work area.
• Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take.
• May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events.

Requirements

• Relevant retail experience in fragrance products.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Willingness to commit to retail operational hours.
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Available to start work on 1st March 2025.
• This is a 6-month contract position.
