Senior Payroll Specialist

• Handle end-to-end payroll operations for the Regional HQ, including salary, bonus, and incentive calculations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
• Coordinate with the country HR team and finance team to gather performance data for store-level bonus and incentive calculations.
• Calculate bonuses and incentives for each country's stores and communicate the results to the respective HR teams.
• Ensure alignment with financial policies and accuracy in all bonus and incentive calculations.
• Work closely with the country HR team and finance team to manage payroll-related communications and ensure smooth processing.
• Act as a liaison between the Regional HQ and country teams to ensure compliance with payroll timelines and standards.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in all payroll calculations and disbursements.
• Proactively address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues to avoid delays.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, including bonus and incentive calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to ensure accuracy in payroll data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple payroll cycles and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with HR and finance teams across different countries.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end payroll responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
