Level Experienced (Individual Contributor)

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionality based on business goals and users' needs
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on product features and designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and design product features for Shopee's online marketplace that addresses users' pain points
  • Conduct User Acceptance Tests for all feature releases and provide sign off on time
  • Coordinate product feature launch plan with business stakeholders
  • Establish and monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify opportunities for improvement or iteration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product development processes
