Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  2. Define most important social media KPIs
  3. Manage and oversee social media content and follow the best practices
  4. Measure the success of social media campaigns
  5. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizations
  6. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  7. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  8. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  9. Provide constructive feedback on social media
About You:
  1. At least 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role within agencies or in-house
  2. Hands-on experience in successfully developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns is a must
  3. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, RedNote, WeChat, WeiBo and other social media best practices
  4. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  5. Sound understanding of social media KPIs
  6. Great interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  8. Languages: Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of other aspects of marketing, such as SEM, and Display
  2. Experience in the finance industry or CFD
