- Execute strategies to drive new business and revenue growth through both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Develop and maintain a Weekly Visitation Plan, generating Sales Visitation Reports for effective funnel management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Sales forecasts and ensuring timely submission of proposals and sales quotations.
- Provide feedback on customer issues to relevant stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage all aspects of account management from business acquisition to the delivery, testing, commissioning and training of the product/services to the customer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years IT industry experience in a Business Development / Sales Role with experience of dealing with Key accounts in the Corporate segments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strategic plans, lead internal stakeholders in achieving account objectives, and portray as IT Consultants to customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge and connection with Large Corporate accounts.
- Professional selling skills and sound business acumen.
- Aggressive, autonomous, assertive, creative and customer driven.
- Must be a team player and be able to develop business plans and sales.
- Ability to work with deadlines and have great attention to details.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
