Responsibilities
  • Execution of inspection on the daily activities at site.
  • Auditing the progress and final checklist for project(s) with Qlassic program.
  • Conduct the Pre-Qlassic Assessment for project(s) with Qlassic program.
  • Attend Qlassic Assessment conducted by CIDB at site.
  • Attend and handle defects of 3+1 and any other defects that are over DLP (Defect Liability Period).
  • Assist with documentation including processing defect form and defect report preparation.
  • Maintenance on unsold land / shops / houses by liaising with contractors.
  • Prepare reports of inspection / audit / Pre-Qlassic Assessment.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary or instructed by the superior.
