THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

THE PERSON:

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure Disti revenue accruals are accurately stated.
  2. Solve issue on agreement creation, rebate, and settlement.
  3. Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly report & presentation deck for management review.
  4. Ensures smooth month end close.
  5. Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, GAAP & SOX key controls.
  6. Participate in project assignments and process improvements.
  7. Involve in KPI & metrics tracking and measurement.
  8. Attend / drive meeting and conference calls.
  9. Support internal and external Audit.
  10. Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  1. 2 - 5 years of related working experience.
  2. Proactive, an eye for detail, have an inquisitive mind and have the passion to sharpen your analytical skills.
  3. Positive and can-do attitude, good business partnership skills and possess good communication skills.
  4. Preferable to read and write in Chinese.
  5. Assertive, creative, and ready to work in a changing environment.
  6. A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and a good team player.
  7. Willingness to learn and ability to interact at all levels.
  8. Strong Excel proficiency and macro knowledge will be an added advantage.
  9. Able to work under tight deadlines.
  10. SAP/ other ERP system knowledge is an added advantage.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  1. Degree in Accountancy / Business Studies / ACCA or any equivalent accounting professional qualification.
