Specializing in premium high-quality health supplements, the company supplies mainly to the retail pharmacy and Chinese medical hall channels in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for Mobile Product Advisor located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang or Johor Bahru.

Job Description: Product Advisor

Responsibilities:
  1. Represent the company at various retail locations, including chain and independent pharmacies, as assigned.
  2. Provide professional advice to customers on the company's range of products, focusing on benefits and suitability.
  3. Demonstrate excellent selling and communication skills to achieve sales targets.
  4. Build and maintain good relationships with retail staff and customers to enhance brand loyalty.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers and staff about product features.
  6. Participate in ad hoc assignments such as roadshows and events (e.g., in malls) to promote products and drive sales.
  7. Monitor and report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
  8. Ensure proper stock levels and product displays at assigned locations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or as a product advisor (experience in supplements is an added advantage).
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  4. Must own a reliable mode of transportation for daily travel between assigned locations.
  5. Flexibility to work five days a week, including weekends, and availability for ad hoc assignments such as roadshows and events.
  6. Basic knowledge of supplements and health products is a plus.
