Job Responsibilities:
  • Able to handle development company account.
  • Monitor and control in-flow and out-flow funds; verify all supporting documents before online and cheque payment approval.
  • Prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
  • Monitor bank balance, cash flow position to ensure sufficient funds to meet payment deadlines.
  • Accountable to handle full set accounts, month end closing and monthly management report.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of companies' accounts with compliance to governing standards and regulations.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and possess the ability to analyze financial data.
  • Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
  • Responsible to prepare payment voucher, debit note, credit note and journal for immediate superior / Manager to verify.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate cash flow and ensure cash book is updated.
  • Liaise with company secretary, auditor, bankers, suppliers, and authorities on all finance-related matters.
  • Maintain good rapport with bankers, auditors, company secretary, suppliers and etc.
  • To ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents.
  • To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Can do full set account
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in property development industry is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting software
  • Able to work in fast pace, multi-tasking and high volume environment
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • A team player with good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Good interaction skills, proactive and communication skills
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa
