About the role

Our company is seeking a few talented and dedicated Business Support Executives to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this full-time role, you will provide crucial administrative and operational support to our dynamic business, playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business
  • Drafting and proofreading various documents and reports
  • Handling enquiries, correspondence, and communication from Singapore office
  • Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  • Supporting team projects and special initiatives as required
  • Assisting with office management tasks and other duties as needed

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and proactive attitude
