Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Generalist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of human resources functions, both internally and externally, and is instrumental in supporting our expansion into the Malaysian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal HR Management:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Build and maintain a robust talent pool to ensure the retention of key employees.
  3. Create comprehensive job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  4. Analyze recruitment data to refine and improve hiring strategies.
  5. Manage the company's LinkedIn presence and oversee employee referral programs.
  6. Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs; manage payroll processes.
  7. Oversee employee relations and monitor the progress of new hires.
  8. Develop and implement employee incentives, including bonuses and promotions.

External HR Management:

  1. Provide HR consulting services to clients, covering aspects such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and legal compliance.
  2. Manage client HR procedures, including contracts, insurance, and payroll.
  3. Collaborate with product teams to optimize and enhance HR service offerings.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
  2. Organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain senior management schedules.
  3. Handle documentation and filing, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
  4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role; experience in a consulting firm is preferred.
  3. In-depth familiarity with Malaysian labor law is essential.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus point.
  5. Proactive in researching market salary trends using Malaysian standards to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and provide strategic HR solutions.
  8. Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks effectively.
