Key Responsibilities:

  1. Educate Customers:
  • Provide science-backed explanations on skincare, weight management, aesthetic, health and wellness treatments.
  • Ensure patients understand treatment benefits and align their expectations with realistic outcomes.
Perform Aesthetic Treatments:
  • Conduct non-invasive procedures safely under medical supervision, including SilkPeel, Dual Yellow, and CoolSculpting treatments.
  • Assist doctors during procedures to ensure precision and maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Convert consultations into sales by recommending personalised treatment packages.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups and excellent post-treatment care.
  • Collaborate with doctors to discuss treatment plans and make necessary arrangements.
  • Help patients understand their treatment journey, ensuring expectations are met and desired results are achieved.
Support Clinic Operations & Management:
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient enquiries to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
  • Provide support to the Manager CSE with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Carry out miscellaneous clinic duties, including inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and general administrative support.
Compensation:
  • The salary offered is subject to commission, providing opportunities for enhanced earnings based on performance.

  • Diploma/Degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Science, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome)
