Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance

  • Develop comprehensive financial models and simulations to forecast business performance and support strategic decisions.
  • Optimize capital structure and conduct investment analysis to underpin financial strategy.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives by engaging with investors and financial institutions to secure capital for growth.
  • Oversee mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities, including identifying targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and executing transactions.

Business Planning

  • Strategic Expansion:
