As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning and engaging design solutions that bring the brand's vision to life.

Responsibilities of the Job:

  1. Idea Conceptualization, Visual Strategy and Creatives Development:
    Develop and execute idea/visual strategies that elevate our brand and resonate with our diverse audience for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Marketing Campaigns, menu development, BTL store materials, social branded engagement campaigns, CSR campaigns, CRM and social native content; towards achieving marketing objective, business objective and brand proposition.
  2. Creative adaptation: Creative adaptation of Tier 1 Big Bets Campaign from Retainer Creative Agency into BTL store communications, menu, and all other relevant touchpoints; ensuring the right messaging in line with customer journey.
  3. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with meeting deadlines and objectives. Ensure all design work meets brand standards and maintains a high level of quality and creativity.
  4. Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of design trends, cultural shifts, and industry advancements, and apply this knowledge to the evolution of our visual identity, as well as ways-of-working. Build long-term creative tech roadmap to support faster and effective creatives development.

Requirements:

  • Expertise with standard digital design tools including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Able to edit videos and animate motion graphics.
  • Proven experience in concept ideation, storyboarding, and visualizing skills; in addressing marketing challenges. Able to do quick sketches/mock-ups to convey ideas and concepts.
  • Experience and good working knowledge of photography.
  • A good understanding of visual design principles and brand building principles.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment; experience in guiding junior creative personnel.
  • Can-do attitude, creative and innovative.
  • Digitally savvy, up-to-date and alert with consumer trends.
  • Excellent time management, ability to handle multiple and changing priorities.
  • Good proficiency in English and Bahasa, speaking and writing.
  • Candidate from Advertising Agency background preferred.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
  • Experience in producing motion graphics/animations/video editing is a plus.
  • Familiar with knowledge of digital marketing advertisement placements/formats/sizing/requirements/media measurable KPIs and how audiences interact with the ads; is a plus.
  • Experience in the development of web/app designs. Familiar with web/app interface productions; is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
